5 steps to motivating yourself
- Set Goals – Goals are necessary, you can’t hit a target you can’t see. Write your goals down daily. Dream big
- Develop a winning mindset – Believe in yourself. Envision yourself winning.Don’t be afraid to fail
- Feed Your Mind – Listen to audio books, audio programs, read books
- Create An Action Plan – Do some research, gather info. What steps are necessary to achieve your goals?
- Take Action – Do something each day that brings you closer to your goals
Motivation is key!
No matter where you’re at in life there’s always a need for motivation.
It may come from a spark of inspiration or in most cases from a place of desperation.
Whether you’re fresh out of high school and haven’t decided what do with your life, you’re a father with a family to support and just got fired from your job,
you’re a stay at home mother with a business idea you want to bring to life or you’re just tired of the same ol’ routine and want something more.
Motivation is the key to changing your life, your career, your relationship, your financial status and more!
Do it yourself (Self-motivation)
Motivation can come from external sources. Motivational speakers, seminars, coaches, podcasts etc. Yet shortly after you exit the video or leave
that seminar the fire starts to die down. That’s why self-motivation is important, and the key to improving your situation or changing any area of your life you desire.
Through personal research, knowledge and information gathered from over 100 books on personal development, and via the best teacher in life;
experience, I’m going to share with you tried and true tips on how to motivate yourself everyday!
Action Is Required
Self motivation requires action. Actions = results.
You can dream about something all day but without acting on your dreams they’ll never come to fruition.
Once you’ve set some goals, made some plans and started taking action you’ll notice the rush of adrenaline, excitement and motivation you feel every step of the way. Even the smallest steps.
Actions produce results (progress, growth), and as you make progress you feel motivated!

Daily motivation
It’s not the big things that make the most impact in our lives. It’s the small things we do daily that will make the difference.
